This is amazing, I have tendinitis in my left ankle/foot and I have had doctors tell me that the only thing that they can do is surgery to pin my ankle or short term is give a shot. Pain was coming back after 1 1/2 years as well as the swelling it’s very painful and after breaking it to make it fit my ankle I got relief in less than 24 hours and have full motion again. It’s worth it !
